What actually happens in the Brand & Positioning Workshop

This is a focused 90-minute session we do before I build a single page. Most coaches skip this step. That's why their website doesn't convert. We use it to nail four things:

  • Not "anyone open to growth."

    The specific person with the specific problem you solve best — spelled out so your homepage speaks directly to them.

  • Your USP — articulated clearly so visitors immediately understand what makes you different from the 10 other coaches they've already looked at.

  • Tone of voice aligned to your ideal client. Warm but direct. Confident without being corporate. Copy that sounds like you on a good day.

  • Page structure mapped to guide visitors from curious to booked — not just pretty sections stacked on top of each other.

Answers to the obvious questions


Is Tier 3 worth the extra £800 over Tier 2?

If you're unclear on your niche, your USP, or how to communicate your offer — yes, without question. If you already have sharp positioning and just need the tech side handled, Tier 2 is enough.


Can I start on the FOUNDATION and upgrade later?

Absolutely. The FOUNDATION is built to exactly the same quality standard as the higher tiers — it's not a stripped-back version. If you decide you want more support down the line, we can build on what's already there. Just know that adding strategic work after the fact does take more time than doing it upfront, so the costs will reflect that.


What if I'm not sure which to choose?

That's genuinely what the discovery call is for. We spend 30 minutes talking through where you are, what you're building, and what you actually need — and by the end of it, the right choice usually becomes obvious.
